HARRY WALTER
Technological innovation can offer enormous opportunities to improve and make companies economically successful. Changes should always be viewed from a holistic perspective, by ensuring timely inclusion of all those involved. Processes can be optimized with the collective knowledge and experience of the employees. In this way, those involved will actively support changes, and these can be implemented sustainably.
My forte and passion is to bring people together from diverse departments, locations and hierarchical levels, and unleash their greatest possible potential. Starting with a clearly described vision, whose meaningfulness is understandable and comprehensible, I derive a strategy from that to ensure that daily activities are geared towards the big picture, to help optimize processes. This is the only way to get those involved to actively support changes and implement them sustainably.
MY PROFILE
My belief is that respect, appreciation and communication at eye level form the basis for successful cooperation. Careful analysis and associated transparency create the factual basis for constructive discussions, improvements and new solutions. One must also question the status quo, address grievances, and identify the underlying potential. I get the ball rolling, provide support with conceptual creativity, motivate, and accompany the implementation process – marked by openness and transparency.
MY TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE
WHAT I RELY ON
My expertise is built on my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, and training as an organization programmer. I supplemented this by qualifying as a business information scientist, followed by continuing education in methodological skills, change management, etc.
My experience spans a variety of tasks, taking the leadership role, and conducting projects. With every hindrance I resolved, I was able to sharpen my focus on practicality and develop my sense of critical situations and risks. Now, I pass on this experience to my customers for their benefit.

MY INTERESTS
IN THE MIDST MOUNTAIN SPORTS & SOCIALIZING
When I’m not on assignments for my customers, you’ll find me somewhere out in nature – on my mountain bike in the summer traversing my native northern Black Forest, or hiking or mountain climbing in the Alps. In the winter, I love skiing and ski touring.
To round-off a busy day or a successful week, I indulge in good food and enjoyment in a hut, or among family and friends.
During mountain tours and expeditions, I have experienced a lot of team spirit, motivation, satisfaction, inspiration and happiness – but also deprivation, critical situations and fear. My experiences and what I’ve learned from nature have been sources that I repeatedly draw upon, to underscore my work as a leader, manager, and team member.
